The Daily Anxiety Grind

So today I came across this article about high functioning anxiety.  Man can I relate to soooo many of the items on the list!  The "what if" game is something that i find myself encountering over and over again -- its so exhausting!  Mindfulness has really been helpful for me and my clients when going through spikes of anxiety....

Therapy is really really helpful too, just sayin'   :-)...
